Fiber Optics

Fiber optics is the transmission of information in the form of light that repeatedly bounces off its glass cable walls. The light stays within the cable due to its structure, which is divided into two separate components. The core is the centre of the cable and the component where the light travels through. The core is enclosed in another layer of glass called the cladding.  The cladding’s function is to keep the light signal inside the core. Fiber optics is one of our telecom construction services we specialize in.

Burials

Many sites require cable to be installed underground. Buried cables are built to specific tolerances such as moisture, heat, conductivity and soil acidity. The disadvantages of running wire overhead is having unattractive poles in your yard or street and having exposed power lines that are prone to be damaged by outside forces or natural elements. Running cable underground means they’re not an eye sore to the neighbourhood or vulnerable to inclement weather.

Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT)

Electrical metallic tubing or EMT is used to protectively route wire and allows for easy maintenance for future wiring change with little disruption of other wire connections. As part of our telecom construction services we provide exceptional mechanical protection from external impact, moisture and chemical vapor. Additionally, EMT isolates wire to avoid the risk of short circuits, electrocution or fires. EMT provides electromagnetic shielding and is 100% recyclable.

Roofing & Cladding

The facade is the face or skin of a building that is arguably the most defining visual feature. The materials used to make up the facade can have 2 or 3 dimensional texture, include a broad array of colour variety and translucent in different transmission grades. Facades can also be energy generating using natural heat sources like the sun to interact with solar panels that are integrated in the facade material.
